- Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices on our website are listed in USD or INR, depending on your location and product type.
Payment Options:

Orders are processed after successful payment.
Payment details will be shared via email. Orders are dispatched upon receipt of the payment.
Note: Any transaction fees or bank charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Order Confirmation & Validity
- Orders are considered confirmed upon full payment.
- If payment is not received within 10 days, the order will be automatically cancelled without notice.
- You will receive a confirmation email with order details and payment status.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping.
- Delivery timelines vary:
- Domestic (India): 5–10 working days
- International: 10–20 working days
- Delays may occur due to public holidays, customs, or item availability.
- If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Note: Go India Facilitator is not liable for damage during transit once the product has been dispatched.
- Return & Exchange Policy
Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Here’s a brief:

- You may return or exchange eligible products (hand block printed fabrics and wooden stamps) within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, with packaging and invoice included.
- Custom-cut fabrics are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.
- All return shipping costs, duties, and original shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

- Tour Booking Terms
- Tour packages are subject to availability and confirmed only after full payment.
- Cancellation & Refunds:
- 15+ days before start date: Full refund
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Go India Facilitator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case refunds or credits will be offered.
- Defective or Damaged Products
- Defective items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
- If verified, a replacement will be sent, or a full refund will be issued.
- In case of self-return, please share a scanned courier receipt with order details.
- Product Descriptions & Colores
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, due to monitor/device settings, actual colors may slightly vary from what appears online.
