At Go India Facilitator, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with both our curated travel experiences and authentic handicraft products. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for:
Indian Tour Bookings (operated under Info India Tourism Pvt. Ltd.)
Handicraft Products & Exports (executed under Maasa Production Pvt. Ltd., IEC No: 0513076867)
Returns or exchanges on select handicraft products are accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Tour bookings are governed by a separate cancellation & refund policy (see Section 4).

Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and invoices enclosed.
Used, damaged, washed, or altered products will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (Handicrafts)
Refunds are initiated after inspection of the returned product.
Amounts are credited via the original payment method (or store credit, if preferred).
Original shipping charges and return courier fees are non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Exchanges (Handicrafts)
Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
A replacement will be shipped once the returned product is verified.
If you are self-shipping, please email a scanned courier receipt with your order details.
Since tour arrangements involve advance bookings of hotels, transport, guides, and permits, the following cancellation terms apply:
100% Refund – Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled start date.
50% Refund – Cancellations made 7–14 days before the scheduled start date.
No Refund – Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start date.
In cases of natural disasters, emergencies, or force majeure, partial refunds or travel credit may be considered at our discretion.
Certain tours (e.g., festival or peak season packages) may have stricter cancellation rules, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email.
Custom-cut fabrics (sold by meter or special orders)
Used or damaged products
Services already availed (completed or part-used tours)
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
